Processing Time

In-Stock Items

Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods, promotional events, or high-demand periods.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are not shipped immediately after purchase. This means your order is reserved in advance and will be shipped once inventory becomes available.

Pre-order products require additional processing before shipment and are expected to ship within 3–4 weeks.

To maintain our quality standards, Phantom Tactic releases certain products in limited production batches rather than large-scale inventory. Each unit may go through production review and final quality-control checks before it is approved for shipment.

As a result, fulfillment may take longer than standard orders depending on production schedules, inventory availability, final inspection, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

Estimated Shipping Time

In-Stock Items

Once your in-stock order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe: 6–11 business days

• Rest of the World: 14–21 business days

Pre-Order Items

Most pre-order items are expected to ship within 3–4 weeks, unless a different estimated timeframe is shown on the product page or checkout page.

Once your pre-order has shipped, delivery time will depend on your destination, local courier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost, depending on your location.

Pre-Order Cancellations

If your pre-order has not yet shipped, you may contact us at info@phantomtactic.com to request a cancellation.

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will follow our return and refund policy.

Customs and Duties

International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Delays

Shipping and pre-order timelines may occasionally be extended due to high demand, production delays, supplier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, final quality-control checks, or carrier-related issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order has been delivered, unless you purchased a protection or warranty package that covers shipping issues.

If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors, building reception, or local postal service.
